Verse (29:53), Word 5 - Quranic Grammar

The fifth word of verse (29:53) is an indefinite form II masculine passive participle and is in the genitive case (مجرور). The passive participle's triliteral root is sīn mīm wāw (س م و).

(6:60:14) أَجَلٌ مُسَمًّى . In this مُسَمًّى is صفة مرفوعة but مُسَمًّى in (29:53:5) أَجَلٌ مُسَمًّى is

اسم مجرور. Should this not also be صفة مرفوعة?
