Verse (21:72), Word 3 - Quranic Grammar

__

The third word of verse (21:72) is a proper noun in the genitive case (مجرور). The case marker is a fatḥah instead of a kasrah because the proper noun is a diptote (ممنوع من الصرف).

(21:72:3)
is'ḥāqa
Isaac
PN – genitive proper noun → Isaac اسم علم مجرور بالفتحة بدلاً من الكسرة لأنه ممنوع من الصرف

وَوَهَبْنَا لَهُ إِسْحَاقَ وَيَعْقُوبَ. Should إِسْحَاقَ and يَعْقُوبَ not be اسم علم منصوب instead اسم علم مجرور ?
