Sahih International: Say, " Allah is most knowing of how long they remained. He has [knowledge of] the unseen [aspects] of the heavens and the earth. How Seeing is He and how Hearing! They have not besides Him any protector, and He shares not His legislation with anyone."

18:26:12 is used in making verb of wonder. The verbs of wonder are made by writing مَا أَفْعَلَ followed by the accusative of the object that causes the surprise and أَفْعِلْ followed by بِ followed by the genitive. In 18:26, بِهِ is written with أَبْصِرْ and not required to be written again with أَسْمِعْ
