Verse (14:41), Word 5 - Quranic Grammar

The fifth word of verse (14:41) is divided into 3 morphological segments. A conjunction, preposition and active participle. The prefixed conjunction wa is usually translated as "and". The prefixed preposition lām is usually translated as "for". The form IV active participle is masculine plural and is in the genitive case (مجرور).
