Why الصَّالِحَاتِ is marked اسم مجرور in the above. Should it not be اسم منصوب
as in (2:82:4) الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ ?

You are right. It should be اسم منصوب.
