The word for "saw" and "vision" in verses 12:4-5 when searched upon show many references of the same root word, but they do not show the reference of verse 12:5 (even when searched from the selection of word-by-word. Please check (usage of the root in the search & display of the results). JazakAllah. Wasalaam.

There is a mistake here. The noun is not in the nominative, but rather accusative since it is the object of the verb in 12:5:4

N – accusative feminine noun
