Verse (12:30), Word 15 - Quranic Grammar

The fifteenth word of verse (12:30) is divided into 3 morphological segments. An emphatic prefix, verb and object pronoun. The prefixed particle lām is usually translated as "surely" or "indeed" and is used to add emphasis. The imperfect verb (فعل مضارع) is first person plural and is in the indicative mood (مرفوع).
