Verse (11:55), Word 3 - Quranic Grammar

The third word of verse (11:55) is divided into 4 morphological segments. A resumption particle, verb, subject pronoun and object pronoun. The connective particle fa is usually translated as "then" or "so" and is used to indicate a sequence of events. The passive perfect verb (فعل ماض) is third person masculine plural.
