it might be good to add ROOT:Hmd as was considered by qurancomplex.com site, I understand with majority of the name of prophets and persons this is not applicable but this name i.e, Muhammad and Ahmed is purely Arabic name and is derived from this root word meaning 'praise'. This is also the case with prophet 'salih'
