Chapter (84) sūrat l-inshiqāq (The Splitting Asunder)

Sahih International: And has responded to its Lord and was obligated [to do so]

Pickthall: And attentive to her Lord in fear,

Yusuf Ali: And hearkens to (the Command of) its Lord, and it must needs (do so);-

Shakir: And obeys its Lord and it must.

Muhammad Sarwar: in obedience to the commands of their Lord which are incumbent on them,

Mohsin Khan: And listens and obeys its Lord, and it must do so;

Arberry: and gives ear to its Lord, and is fitly disposed;
