Chapter (7) sūrat l-aʿrāf (The Heights)

Sahih International: Said the eminent among his people, "Indeed, we see you in clear error."

Pickthall: The chieftains of his people said: Lo! we see thee surely in plain error.

Yusuf Ali: The leaders of his people said: "Ah! we see thee evidently wandering (in mind)."

Shakir: The chiefs of his people said: Most surely we see you in clear error.

Muhammad Sarwar: A group of his people said to him, "You are absolutely wrong."

Mohsin Khan: The leaders of his people said: "Verily, we see you in plain error."

Arberry: Said the Council of his people, 'We see thee in manifest error.'
