Chapter (43) sūrat l-zukh'ruf (The Gold Adornment)

Sahih International: And We did not wrong them, but it was they who were the wrongdoers.

Pickthall: We wronged them not, but they it was who did the wrong.

Yusuf Ali: Nowise shall We be unjust to them: but it is they who have been unjust themselves.

Shakir: And We are not unjust to them, but they themselves were unjust.

Muhammad Sarwar: They will cry out, "Guard, let your Lord destroy us".

Mohsin Khan: We wronged them not, but they were the Zalimun (polytheists, wrong-doers, etc.).

Arberry: We never wronged them, but they themselves did the wrong.
