Chapter (40) sūrat ghāfir (The Forgiver God)

Sahih International: And We had certainly given Moses guidance, and We caused the Children of Israel to inherit the Scripture

Pickthall: And We verily gave Moses the guidance, and We caused the Children of Israel to inherit the Scripture,

Yusuf Ali: We did aforetime give Moses the (Book of) Guidance, and We gave the book in inheritance to the Children of Israel,-
