Chapter (26) sūrat l-shuʿarā (The Poets)

Sahih International: They said, "We worship idols and remain to them devoted."

Pickthall: They said: We worship idols, and are ever devoted unto them.

Yusuf Ali: They said: "We worship idols, and we remain constantly in attendance on them."

Shakir: They said: We worship idols, so we shall be their votaries.

Muhammad Sarwar: when he asked his father and others, "What do you worship?"

Mohsin Khan: They said: "We worship idols, and to them we are ever devoted."

Arberry: They said, 'We serve idols, and continue cleaving to them.
