Chapter (26) sūrat l-shuʿarā (The Poets)

Sahih International: And he had recited it to them [perfectly], they would [still] not have been believers in it.

Pickthall: And he had read it unto them, they would not have believed in it.

Yusuf Ali: And had he recited it to them, they would not have believed in it.

Shakir: So that he should have recited it to them, they would not have believed therein.

Muhammad Sarwar: who would have read it to them, they (pagans) would not have believed in it.

Mohsin Khan: And he had recited it unto them, they would not have believed in it.
