Chapter (26) sūrat l-shuʿarā (The Poets)

Sahih International: They said, "If you do not desist, O Lot, you will surely be of those evicted."

Pickthall: They said: If thou cease not, O Lot, thou wilt soon be of the outcast.

Yusuf Ali: They said: "If thou desist not, O Lut! thou wilt assuredly be cast out!"

Shakir: They said: If you desist not, O Lut! you shall surely be of those who are expelled.

Muhammad Sarwar: They said, "Lot, if you do not give up preaching, you will certainly be expelled (from this town)".

Mohsin Khan: They said: "If you cease not. O Lout (Lot)! Verily, you will be one of those who are driven out!"

Arberry: They said, 'If thou givest not over, Lot, thou shalt assuredly be one of the expelled.'
