Chapter (25) sūrat l-fur'qān (The Criterion)

Sahih International: Then We hold it in hand for a brief grasp.

Pickthall: Then We withdraw it unto Us, a gradual withdrawal?

Yusuf Ali: Then We draw it in towards Ourselves,- a contraction by easy stages.

Shakir: Then We take it to Ourselves, taking little by little.

Muhammad Sarwar: Then He reduces it in gradual steps.

Mohsin Khan: Then We withdraw it to Us a gradual concealed withdrawal.

Arberry: thereafter We seize it to Ourselves, drawing it gently.
