Chapter (19) sūrat maryam (Mary)

Sahih International: And shake toward you the trunk of the palm tree; it will drop upon you ripe, fresh dates.

Pickthall: And shake the trunk of the palm-tree toward thee, thou wilt cause ripe dates to fall upon thee.

Yusuf Ali: "And shake towards thyself the trunk of the palm-tree: It will let fall fresh ripe dates upon thee.

Shakir: And shake towards you the trunk of the palmtree, it will drop on you fresh ripe dates:

Muhammad Sarwar: If you shake the trunk of the palm tree, it will provide you with fresh ripe dates.

Mohsin Khan: "And shake the trunk of date-palm towards you, it will let fall fresh ripe-dates upon you."

Arberry: Shake also to thee the palm-trunk, and there shall come tumbling upon thee dates fresh and ripe.
