Chapter (17) sūrat l-isrā (The Night Journey)

Sahih International: Or you make the heaven fall upon us in fragments as you have claimed or you bring Allah and the angels before [us]

Pickthall: Or thou cause the heaven to fall upon us piecemeal, as thou hast pretended, or bring Allah and the angels as a warrant;

Yusuf Ali: "Or thou cause the sky to fall in pieces, as thou sayest (will happen), against us; or thou bring Allah and the angels before (us) face to face:

Shakir: Or you should cause the heaven to come down upon us in pieces as you think, or bring Allah and the angels face to face (with us).

Muhammad Sarwar: or cause the sky to fall into pieces on us - as you believe you can - or bring God and the angels face to face with us,

Mohsin Khan: "Or you cause the heaven to fall upon us in pieces, as you have pretended, or you bring Allah and the angels before (us) face to face;
