Chapter (14) sūrat ib'rāhīm (Abraham)

Sahih International: And never think that Allah is unaware of what the wrongdoers do. He only delays them for a Day when eyes will stare [in horror].

Pickthall: Deem not that Allah is unaware of what the wicked do. He but giveth them a respite till a day when eyes will stare (in terror),

Yusuf Ali: Think not that Allah doth not heed the deeds of those who do wrong. He but giveth them respite against a Day when the eyes will fixedly stare in horror,-

Shakir: And do not think Allah to be heedless of what the unjust do; He only respites them to a day on which the eyes shall be fixedly open,

Muhammad Sarwar: (Muhammad), do not think that God is unaware of what the unjust people do. He only gives them a respite until the day when the eyes will stare fixedly,

Mohsin Khan: Consider not that Allah is unaware of that which the Zalimun (polytheists, wrong-doers, etc.) do, but He gives them respite up to a Day when the eyes will stare in horror.

Arberry: Deem not that God is heedless of what the evildoers work; He is only deferring them to a day when eyes shall stare,
