The triliteral root ḥā bā rā (ح ب ر) occurs six times in the Quran, in two derived forms:

  • twice as the form I verb yuḥ'baru (يُحْبَرُ)
  • four times as the noun aḥbār (أَحْبَار)

Verb (form I) - to delight

(30:15:9) yuḥ'barūnawill be delighted فَأَمَّا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ فَهُمْ فِي رَوْضَةٍ يُحْبَرُونَ
(43:70:5) tuḥ'barūnadelighted ادْخُلُوا الْجَنَّةَ أَنْتُمْ وَأَزْوَاجُكُمْ تُحْبَرُونَ
