The triliteral root ʿayn ṭā wāw (ع ط و) occurs 14 times in the Quran, in three derived forms:

once as the form I verb taʿāṭā (تَعَاطَىٰ)

Verb (form I) - to take

(54:29:3) fataʿāṭā

and he took

فَنَادَوْا صَاحِبَهُمْ فَتَعَاطَىٰ فَعَقَرَ

Verb (form IV) - to give

(9:29:24) yuʿ'ṭū	they pay	حَتَّىٰ يُعْطُوا الْجِزْيَةَ عَنْ يَدٍ وَهُمْ صَاغِرُونَ
(9:58:7) uʿ'ṭū	they are given	وَمِنْهُمْ مَنْ يَلْمِزُكَ فِي الصَّدَقَاتِ فَإِنْ أُعْطُوا مِنْهَا رَضُوا

(93:5:2) yuʿ'ṭīka	will give you	وَلَسَوْفَ يُعْطِيكَ رَبُّكَ فَتَرْضَىٰ
(108:1:2) aʿṭaynāka	We have given you	إِنَّا أَعْطَيْنَاكَ الْكَوْثَرَ
