The triliteral root nūn zāy ghayn (ن ز غ) occurs six times in the Quran, in two derived forms:

  • four times as the form I verb nazagha (نَّزَغَ)
  • twice as the noun nazgh (نَزْغ)

(7:200:2) yanzaghannakaan evil suggestion comes to you وَإِمَّا يَنْزَغَنَّكَ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ نَزْغٌ فَاسْتَعِذْ بِاللَّهِ
