Quran Dictionary - ص ب غ


The triliteral root ṣād bā ghayn (ص ب غ) occurs three times in the Quran, in two derived forms:

  • once as the noun ṣib'gh (صِبْغ)
  • twice as the noun ṣib'ghat (صِبْغَة)
