The triliteral root ḥā mīm yā (ح م ي) occurs six times in the Quran, in four derived forms:
once as the form I verb yuḥ'mā (يُحْمَىٰ)
once as the noun ḥām (حَام)
twice as the noun ḥamiyyat (حَمِيَّة)
twice as the active participle ḥāmiyat (حَامِيَة)
