«ما لكم» اسم استفهام مبتدأ، الجار «لكم» متعلق بالخبر، والجملة الشرطية حال من الضمير في «لكم»، الجار «من الآخرة» متعلق بحال من «الحياة»، وجملة «أرضيتم» مستأنفة، وجملة «فما متاع الحياة» مستأنفة، و«ما» مهملة لانتقاض نفيها بـ«إلا».
