«الذي» بدل من الموصول السابق، المصدر المؤول «ليبلوكم» مجرور متعلق بـ«خلق»، «أيكم» اسم استفهام مبتدأ، «أحسن» خبر، «عملا» تمييز، وجملة «أيكم أحسن» مفعول به، لـ«يبلوكم» المتضمن معنى العلم المعلق بالاستفهام، جملة «وهو العزيز» معطوفة على جملة الصلة.
