الجار «في شيء» متعلق بالاستقرار الذي تعلَّق به الخبر، جملة «إنما أمرهم إلى الله» مستأنفة، وجملة «ينبئهم» معطوفة على المستأنفة، والموصول «بما كانوا» مجرور متعلق بـ«ينبئهم».
