الظرف «يوم» متعلق بـ«تُغْنِيَ»، المقدمة في الآية السابقة. «جميعا» حال من الهاء، والكاف نائب مفعول مطلق أي: حَلْفًا مثل حَلْف، و«ما» مصدرية، جملة «ويحسبون» حالية، والمصدر المؤول من «أنَّ» وما بعدها سَدَّ مسدَّ مفعولَيْ حسب، «ألا» للتنبيه، جملة «هم الكاذبون» خبر «إن».
