المصدر المؤول المجرور متعلق بـ«يُؤْتِكُمْ»، و«أنْ» مخففة من الثقيلة واسمها ضمير الشأن، وجملة «يقدرون» خبر، والمصدر المؤول سدَّ مسدَّ مفعولَيْ علم، الجار «مِنْ فضل» متعلق بنعت لشيء، والمصدر المؤول الثاني معطوف على المصدر الأول، جملة «يؤتيه» خبر ثان لـ«أن»، وجملة «والله ذو الفضل» مستأنفة.
