جملة «يسمع» نعت لـ«أَفَّاكٍ»، وجملة «تتلى» حال من «آيات»، «مستكبرا» حال من فاعل «يصرُّ»، «كأن» مخففة من الثقيلة، واسمها ضمير الشأن، وجملة «لم يسمعها» خبر «كأن»، وجملة «كأن لم يسمعها» حال ثانية من فاعل «يصرُّ»، وجملة «فبشِّره» معترضة.
