جملة «وما نريهم» معطوفة على جملة الشرط السابقة، و«آية» مفعول ثان لـ«نريهم»، و«من» زائدة، «إلا» للحصر، جملة «هي أكبر» حال من «آية» ومسوغ مجيء صاحب الحال نكرة تقدُّم النفي، الجار «من أختها» متعلق بـ«أكبر»، وجملة «وأخذناهم» معطوفة على جملة «ما نريهم»، الجار «بالعذاب» متعلق بـ«أخذناهم»، وجملة «لعلهم يرجعون» مستأنفة.
