«إذ قالت» اسم ظرفي مبني على السكون في محل نصب مفعول به لـ«اذكر» مقدرًا. «محرَّرًا» : حال من «ما» منصوب، وجملة «فتقبَّل» معطوفة على جملة «إني نذرت» لا محل لها.
