جملة «لنبوئنهم» جواب القسم، والقسم وجوابه خبر المبتدأ «الذين»، و«غرفًا» مفعول ثان، والجار «من الجنة» متعلق بحال مِنْ «غُرفًا»، وجملة «تجري» نعت، «خالدين» حال من مفعول «نبوئنهم»، وجملة «نعم أجر» مستأنفة، والمخصوص بالمدح محذوف أي: الجنة.
