«مَنْ» اسم موصول مبتدأ خبره محذوف أي: كَمَنْ لا يجيب، «إذا» ظرف مجرد من فعل الشرط متعلق بـ«يجيب»، «قليلا» نائب مفعول مطلق، «ما» زائدة، وجملة «تذكَّرون» مستأنفة.
