Chapter (24) sūrat l-nūr (The Light)

«لولا» حرف تحضيض، والجملة معها مستأنفة. قوله «فإذ» الفاء عاطفة، «إذ» ظرف زمان شُبِّه بـ«إن» الشرطية، متعلق بفعل محذوف تقديره كذبوا، مفسَّر بالجواب، والفاء واقعة في جواب الشرط الذي تضمنه «إذ»، وجملة «فإذ لم يأتوا» معطوفة على المستأنفة، وجملة «فأولئك عند الله هم الكاذبون» جواب الشرط الذي تضمنه «إذ».
