«ذلك» خبر لمبتدأ محذوف أي: الأمر ذلك، والواو في «ومَن» مستأنفة، «مَن» موصول مبتدأ، وجملة «عاقب» خبر، وجملة «لينصرنَّه» جواب القسم، وجملة القسم وجوابه خبر المبتدأ «مَن».
