جملة «وَلَهُ مَنْ» مستأنفة، والجار «له» متعلق بالخبر، و«مَنْ» موصول مبتدأ، الجار «في السَّماوَات» متعلق بالصلة المقدرة، جملة «وَمَنْ عِنْدَهُ لا يستكبرون» معطوفة على المستأنفة: «ولَهُ منْ في السَّماوات»، والموصول «مَنْ» مبتدأ، والظرف «عنده» متعلق بالصلة، وجملة «لا يَسْتَكْبِرُونَ» خبر المبتدأ «مَنْ».
