«الكتاب» بدل مرفوع بالضمة، «هدى» حال منصوبة. جملة «لا ريب فيه» خبر المبتدأ «ذلك»،الجار «فيه» متعلق بخبر «لا»، «هدى» حال من «الكتاب». الجار «للمتقين» متعلق بنعت لـ«هدى».
