«التي» نعت للنفس، «إلا» للحصر، الجار «بالحق» متعلق بحال من الواو في «تقتلوا». جملة «ومن قتل» مستأنفة، «من» شرطية مبتدأ، «مظلوما» حال من الضمير في «قتل»، وجملة «فلا يسرف» معطوفة على جملة «جعلنا»، ويجوز عطف الإنشاء على الخبر. وجملة «إنه كان» مستأنفة.
