الجار «بالبينات» متعلق بـ«تَعْلَمُونَ» في الآية السابقة، وجملة «أنـزلنا» مستأنفة، وجملة «ولعلهم يتفكرون» معطوفة على التعليل المتقدم من قبيل عطف جملة على مفرد، أي: للتبيين ولعلهم يتفكرون.
