الجملة سدَّت مسدَّ مفعولَيْ «يَعْلَمُ»، وكسرت همزة «إنَّ» لمجيء اللام في الخبر. الجار «بهم» متعلق بـ«خبير»، والظرف يتعلق بـ«خبير».
